Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Planned protocol for proposed analysis to conduct a systematic review of published research regarding hesperidin/100% orange juice and health benefits. Protocol should include rationale, hypothesis, and planned methods for the review including but not limited to databases to be searched, publication dates for search, search terms, and study inclusion/exclusion criteria. Department requires that the systematic review methods of conduct and reporting detailed in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) criteria be used for this analysis. 2. Identification of major health benefit categories/outcomes to be evaluated. These may include but are not limited to: (a) Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity (b) Cardiovascular (c) Metabolic (d) Neurocognitive (e) Bone health 3. Description, relevance, and justification of evaluations. 4. Description of the protocol/method of developing a research gap analysis regarding hesperidin in 100% orange juice.
