Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service Provider shall have use of the facility listed above to conduct Competitive Swim Teamprogramming.It is understood and agreed to that the specified areas and facilities are being provided for usein their current “as is” condition.Service Provider shall pay for and provide all licenses, permits, and audits necessary for theoperations of the Swim Team at the specified site.Service Provider shall at all times conduct business in a professional and courteous manner tothe satisfaction of the City of Winter Haven’s Parks, Recreation and Culture Director orDesignee.Service Provider shall provide qualified administrators and staffing for all activities planned.Service Provider shall provide each participant a fee schedule which indicates the services thatare offered and the cost for those services.
