Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town’s Economic & Community Development Department is soliciting proposals for Operating School Break Programming & Summer Camp at the T.C. Miller Community Center and Park. Interested proposers must demonstrate a commitment to quality, affordability, and safety. A. The Town is seeking to offer general School Break Programming & Summer Camp for children aged 4-17. Camp should encompass the following: a. Able to operate on pre-approved dates and times during the Summer break, following the Clay County Public Schools Calendar, except legal holidays recognized by the Town. Time extensions can be provided in writing to the Town for approval. b. Able to operate Monday through Friday during Winter and Spring breaks, following the Clay County Public Schools Calendar, except legal holidays recognized by the Town, unless approved by the Town. c. Program times are between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. d. May provide for occasional field trips and transportation of participants to and from the park location on field trips. e. Programs should have goals, daily objectives, and methods to assess the target benefits. Must be able to report the outcomes by way of pre and posttest deliverables. f. Programs must be fully inclusive and prepared to make accommodations for participants with advanced notice.
