A. Application intake 1. Awarded agency will be responsible for facilitating the application intake for interested providers. Applications must include questions that demonstrate whether all CFAB established requirements are met. See Attachment 1 – Summer Camp Scholarship Program Requirements B. Application review 1. Awarded agency will review all applications to ensure that they meet the requirements established by CFAB. They will also ensure that all required documents (fire inspection, iability insurance, etc.) is provided prior to contract execution. An application review will need to be prepared to be presented to the board. C. Agreement execution 1. Awarded agency will be responsible for executing agreements with all camp providers that include provisions as required by Volusia County. No agreement may be executed unless all required documents have been submitted and reviewed for accuracy.
