Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state, acting through the Oregon Department of Community Colleges and WorkforceDevelopment (CCWD) is engaged in the ongoing creation and implementation of economic andworkforce development strategies, initiatives, planning and projects as part of thestate's overall strategic plan to meet the current and future needs of Oregon's economyand workforce.Through this RFP, CCWD is seeking the services of a qualified subject matter expert andconsultant possessing specific knowledge, abilities and experience necessary to assist theAgency Commissioner and her delegates with the Agency's development and implementation ofeconomic and workforce strategies, legislation and initiatives.
