Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor to whom an award is made will be responsible for providing “as needed and requested” labor and materials for the installation, demarcation or termination, repair, fabrication, erection, alteration, addition to, upgrade, or design of electrical wiring, category 6 station cabling and riser cabling, building and subterranean coaxial broadband cabling, fixtures, appliances, thermostats, apparatus, raceways, conduit, outlets, broadband television wiring equipment, associated hardware, and associated hardware and peripheral equipment, or any part thereof associated with FSDB’s Phone/Data/Fiber Optics, Security, Voice & Data, Wireless Solutions, Audio/Visual, Sound, CATV/CCTV, Fire Alarm, Paging, Nurse Call, Card Access, Energy Management, and other FSDB Systems as required and directed by FSDB.
