These services will be utilized for all events and activities managed or sponsored by the City of Jacksonville's Office of Sports and Entertainment. Events include, but are not limited to, the World of Nations Celebration, Jacksonville Jazz Festival, Florida-Georgia/Georgia-Florida Football Game, Sea & Sky Air Show (when held in Jacksonville Beach, FL), Holiday at St. James, New Year's Eve and Fourth of July Fireworks Celebrations, Veterans Day Parade, and other Citysponsored events and activities as needed. We request bidders to submit a single, all-inclusive rate. Daily, weekly, holiday, and rush rates do not apply. Only the single, all-inclusive rate provided by the bidder will be accepted and utilized for all services. The proposed rate shall include consultation regarding printing specifications for the event, as well as freight, delivery, and handling charges to the designated delivery location. Bidders must be able to provide quality professional printing services.
