Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Monitor contractor recovery operations and recommend efficiencies. • Accurately measure and certify truck capacities (recertify on a regular basis). • Properly and accurately complete and physically control load tickets (in tower and field) • Entering load tickets into a database application. • Developing daily operational reports to keep the City informed of work progress. • Comprehensive review, reconciliation, and validation of debris removal contractor(s) invoices. • Record pertinent information in format required for reimbursement by FEMA. • Disaster related damage assessment and reconstruction services, as needed. • Final report and appeal preparation and assistance. • Other disaster recovery services as requested by the City
