The City intends to obtain State and Local Lobbying Services and contract with one (1) or two (2) professional firms that are believed to bring the most expertise and knowledge to the City of Coconut Creek. These firms will provide lobbying services year-round, covering regular, special and extended legislative sessions, and will provide timely, frequent updates on issues at the state level that may affect the City, including proposed legislation, regulatory actions, State budget developments, and emerging trends relevant to municipal operations, funding, or governance. The firm shall be accessible by phone and email and respond to inquiries from the City Manager or designee within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
