This Request for Submittal (RFS) is issued for the County of Palm Beach (hereinafter referred to as Palm Beach County by the Purchasing Department for the benefit of County Administration (CA). Palm Beach County is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firm(s) to represent the COUNTY, work collaboratively with the Palm Beach County Board Of County Commissioners (BOARD), County Administration and key staff members to represent the interests of the County and assist CA before the Florida Legislature, its committees and members, and the Executive branch of the state government including the Governor, Cabinet and state agencies. The firm(s) shall assist CA in monitoring legislative, executive and regulatory activity at the state government level.
