The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), State Data Center (SDC),is requesting proposals for assistance in the review of the overall approach to theconsolidation of the SDC that has been employed and make observations and recommendationsin the form of a final report in the following areas:1) Analysis of the current strategic direction recommending course correction ifappropriate;2) Identification of potential cost saving or cost avoidance opportunities omitted oroverlooked in the current plan and required resource, time and investment to achieve; and3) Recommendations for improving the overall strategy currently employed by the SDC thatmay lead to a more cost efficient data center operation
