Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete renovation work for the 18 holes of the St Johns Golf Club course. Work includes but not are not limited to, clearing, turf removal, cart path and retaining wall demolition and removal, survey and staking, excavation, grading, rough shaping, drainage, irrigation, USGA greens construction, tee and bunker construction, finish shaping, seedbed preparation, grassing, and landscaping. Also included is construction of tees, fairways, roughs, greens, mounds, swales, bunkers, ponds, cart paths and any other features that are identified in attached construction documents and specifications.
