The City of Coconut Creek is seeking proposals from highly qualified, licensed, and experienced Proposers to provide Sports Officiating Services City-wide on an as-needed basis. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, parts, service and supervision necessary to properly provide sports officiating services for the Parks and Recreation Department adult and youth athletic leagues. 1.2. The successful Proposer shall be a licensed Referee/ Umpire and be appropriately licensed to perform work in Broward County, Florida. The selected firm Officials shall be defined as one who administers the rules of a game or sport and shall be inclusive of the term referee or umpire unless stated otherwise. The proposer shall provide a full range of Sports Officiating services on an as-needed basis.
