Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to provide necessary services to complete the construction of two solid waste transfer facilities and one utilities water reclamation facility (WRF). Pre-construction services will include, but are not limited to: 1.3.1. Cost estimating at 30%, 60%, 90%, 100%, and Final Design 1.3.2. Conducting constructability review workshops with the Consultant at each cost estimating interval identified above 1.3.3. Support and contribute to value added design 1.3.4. Prepare a work break down structure (WBS) 1.3.5. Prepare a master construction schedule Construction management services shall include, but are not limited to: 1.4.1. Permit support to the Consultant on permits they have applied for: ERP, Lee County Development Order, Monitoring Wells, Dewatering, etc. 1.4.2. Permit support to Sub-Contractors on trade permits 1.4.3. CMAR permit applications: Commercial Building permit, Dewatering, Fire, and other permits as necessary to successfully construct and complete the project 1.4.4. Update the master schedule monthly 1.4.5. Prepare and maintain two week and six week look aheads generated from the master schedule
