Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a per ton timber sale comprised of approximately 389 acres within the Sunnyhill Restoration Area, located in Marion County east of Weirsdale. The Sale Area is in Section 28; Township 17 South; Range 25 East; This timber sale is a marked thinning in mature natural slash pine. The take trees are marked with blue paint on approximately 255.2 acres while leave trees are marked on the remaining 133.7 acres. The attached Sale Area map illustrates the location of the respective markings. The District estimates the volume of timber conveyed in this Agreement to be 6,800 tons of pine pulpwood, 1,300 tons of chip-n-saw, 700 tons of sawtimber, but there is no guarantee that the volume is present.
