The scope of work for this project is the installation of dune plants and other dune protection measures along approximately five (5) miles of beach in South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082. The area to be planted includes the landward slope (where applicable), dune crest, and seaward slope of a newly constructed dune between Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Range Monuments, R-76 and R-103.5 along the Atlantic Ocean in St. Johns County, Florida. The work also consists of post and rope installation at County parks within the described area. This project is funded through the FEMA Public Assistance Program, Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant No. 25SJL, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection Amendment No. 1 to Grant No. 23SJ4.
