C.7.1 Day Porter Services Contractor must provide one (1) full-time day porter for the Hollywood facility from 8:00 AM, EST – 5:00 PM, EST to clean and maintain the facility Monday through Friday, except State-observed holidays. The day porter is required to check in and out with the Commerce Center manager, or designee. DAILY DUTIES: C.7.1.1 Clean all restrooms three (3) times daily, including sanitizing toilets, stall walls and doors, sinks, counter tops, hand towel dispensers, mirrors, mitigating odors, and mopping floors with industry standard cleaning/sanitizing solution; C.7.1.2 Refill all dispensers (hand towels, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, hand soap, and deodorizers). Day porter shall ensure there is enough supply of product remaining on/in dispensers until the next scheduled service; C.7.1.3 Clean public areas such as floors, doors, windows, and tables; C.7.1.4 Computer rooms, and other secured areas; C.7.1.5 Wash and sterilize all drinking fountains twice daily; C.7.1.6 Empty and wipe down cigarette butt collection sites and waste containers. Replace all liner bags; C.7.1.7 Empty trash cans in conference rooms and public areas at least once daily and as needed throughout the day; C.7.1.8 Empty outdoor waste and recycle containers and replace liner bags. Maintain sidewalks and handicap ramps immediately adjacent to and around the entire building by sweeping and picking up trash, this includes removing conspicuous trash from driveway, parking lot, and all landscaped areas. This must be done before 8:30 AM C.7.1.9 Disinfect/Sanitize all main touchpoints (doorknobs/handles) throughout the building twice daily. WEEKLY DUTIES: C.7.1.10 Remove spiderwebs, dirt dauber, and wasp nests from building and overhangs. C.7.2 NIGHTLY SERVICES Contractor must provide nightly custodial services to clean and maintain this facility in accordance with established industry standards, and the requirements herein. These services must be provided between the hours of 5:00 PM, EST – 9:00 PM, EST nightly, Monday through Friday, excluding State-observed holidays. OFFICE AREAS: 1. Empty and dispose of trash (paper and cardboard) from all receptacles and place in the proper outside bin/dumpster. 2. Vacuum carpeted areas. 3. Clean and remove dust and fingerprints from doors, light switch plates, walls, and glass partitions. 4. Arrange chairs in offices after cleaning is completed. RESTROOMS, LOUNGES, AND BREAKROOMS 5. Remove and dispose of waste from all trash receptacles, and empty into the respective dumpsters. Liners are to be changed when soiled, but not less than once a week. 6. Clean and sanitize all fixtures, basins, dispensers, and chrome fittings. 7. Clean mirrors and frames. 8. Dust, clean, and sanitize all walls, doors, door frames, partitions, sills, ledges, and counters. 9. Clean and sanitize toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals, and napkin receptacles with industry standard cleaning/sanitizing solution. 10. Refill all dispensers (hand towels, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, and hand soap). 11. Replace deodorant blocks in urinals as needed. 12. Wet mop floors with industry standard cleaning/sanitizing solution.
