Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Secretary of State intends to issue a sole source contract. The contractor will perform the following activities related to the Oregon Benchmarks. Update statewide benchmarks and comparison data with current benchmark data, and adjust previous data points if corrections occurred. Update and maintain the benchmarks on the oregon.gov website, and conduct periodic backups of all data. Produce the 2010 Oregon Benchmark Race and Ethnicity Report, as well as the 2010 Oregon Benchmark / Key Performance Measure Crosswalk, consistent with the format of previous reports.
