The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department) requires acquisition of specific software code to enable unique functionality to support critical business processes for the Division of Unclaimed Property. An evaluation showed that the TreasureQuest software is the only proven software that could be fully integrated into the Unclaimed Property Management Information System (UPMIS) and achieve the desired results without risky development of fulfilling the project goals. As a result, the Department is interested in acquiring the software source code to allow complete integration with the UPMIS. The source software code in question is proprietary intellectual property developed and owned exclusively by Smart IT Tools LLC. No other vendor has legal rights to furnish, reproduce, modify, or distribute the source software code. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
