Small equipment and vehicles include, but are not limited to: 1. Pumps 2. Generators 3. Pressure Washers 4. Compressors 5. Forklifts 6. Tele Handlers 7. Golf Carts 8. Vehicle Mounted Cranes 9. Gantry cranes 10. Scissor lifts 11. High reach 12. Lift truck The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, and all other things necessary to supply all services listed above for the Owner’s equipment. The services will include, but will not be limited to: 1. Perform PM services twice a year for all CFTOD-owned equipment listed in supporting documentation. 2. Replace engine oil & filters. Replace fuel filter (s). Replace wiper blades. Top off fluids. Grease all lube points. 3. Visual inspection of brakes, belts, hoses, tires and safety equipment. 4. Check for proper function of lights, horn(s), and alarms. Check for oil & air leaks. Test for proper operation. 5. Tires repair / replacement 6. Battery replacement
