Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing sinkhole engineering services in connection with property insurance claims and assessing the potential for sinkhole loss prior to insuring a particular property (Services). These Services include: 1) Sinkhole loss testing and evaluation services for determination of structural damage of sinkhole loss as outlined by Florida Statute 627.7072; 2) Stabilization monitoring services, for such times that sinkhole loss testing and evaluation has confirmed sinkhole activity; 3) Sinkhole inspection reports, to assess the potential for sinkhole loss prior to insuring a particular property; and, 4) Expert services in the areas of claims and underwriting, such as litigation testimony.
