Shuffleboard Club House Rebuild: • Remove all existing damaged materials • Shore up the existing roof structure. • Replace, rebuild all concrete footings and sidewalks • Replace needed 6x6 posts and install all necessary code required tie downs, strapping and hurricane clips. • Rebuild exterior walls as needed. • Panel interior walls as needed. • Repair plumbing as needed. • Rewire all electrical up to code standards. • Replace windows. • Install new roof covering. General Requirements: • Design Services: Provide all necessary engineering and environmental analysis to inform the design. Prepare detailed plans and specifications for review and approval by the City. • Permitting: Obtain all required permits prior to commencing work. • Construction: Execute all construction activities in accordance with approved designs, industry standards, and safety regulations. Provide quality control and assurance to ensure performance of repairs.
