Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Services must be designed to show measurable improvement in critical areas which include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Student achievement/Student performance(grades and test scores) 2. Student attendance 3. Graduation rate 4. Support services for Special Education students (ESE) 5. Support services for English Language Learners(ELL) 6. Behavior management and life skills B. Compliance Monitoring through MDCPS District Staff and the Educational Alternative Outreach Program (EAOP): EAOP provides a vehicle for cooperation and collaboration between Miami-Dade County Community-Based Organizations/Agencies (CBO) and M-DCPS toward the instruction of at-risk students. Quarterly Reviews are conducted that provide a specific rating scale based on specific indicators, some of which include/ but not limited to: 1. School Safety and Security Procedures 2. Program Administration 3. Dropout Prevention and 4. Academic Intervention 5. Instructional Delivery and Student Progress Monitoring
