Peak Scientific i-Flow 6082-SLO Nitrogen gas generator; Peak Scientific Precision Zero Air 30L Zero air generator a) Complete service agreement (Complete Plan 48/72) covering all serviceable parts, labor, and travel. b) One planned on-site PM visit with complete full-function inspection of listed equipment and includes replacement of all recommended annual parts and software and component upgrades when applicable. c) Unlimited onsite emergency service visits. Onsite response one to two (1-2) business days from date of the service call. d) High Priority Remote Support during normal business hours. This includes call back within four (4) hours, unlimited phone calls and unlimited remote desktop support. e) All engineers used in the service of these instruments must be Peak factory service engineers that are OEM factory certified and trained with access to technical support, recent upgrades or changes in hardware and software, and factory engineers to provide assistance as necessary. Awarded bidder shall be able to provide proof, if requested, that service engineers are Peak factory representatives and are trained and authorized by Peak to service these products. Proof can include an official letter from service manager and must be available if requested.
