Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the demolition of most of the components of the existing Lift Station 191 (LS 191), and construction of a new LS 191 at the same location. Project is located at 2169 Lakeridge Dr., Winter Haven, FL 33881 LIFT STATION 191 Project Details. The demolition includes the existing wetwell, pumps, valves, valve vaults, control panels, influent manhole, and discharge piping. There will be the requirement for portions of the existing concrete driveway to be demolished and replaced. The new lift station will be located at the same location as the existing lift station but will be deeper and conform to current City standards/specifications. The new lift station will be a duplex lift station with two (2), 7.5 HP, pumps, control panels, instrumentation and control systems, electrical panels, conduit, wire; an 8-foot inside diameter concrete wet well, discharge piping, valves, fittings, and a connection to the existing discharge force main. The work also includes construction of a new manhole on the northwest portion of the site to receive sanitary flows in a future phase and a new influent manhole to collect a proposed new gravity sewer main from the north and the existing sanitary sewer main and flows from the south. A portion of gravity sewer main will be installed as a part of this project. The existing driveway will be required to have sections removed and replaced as a part of the project. Temporary bypass of the existing sewer will be required as this is an active wastewater collection system and flows must be maintained.
