Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for the provision of Exceptional Student Education and Related Services for grades K-12 from providers who have demonstrated successful experience in operating day schools for Emotional/Behavioral Disabled (EDB) students. 2.1 PROGRAM Academic and Related Services shall be provided by the successful proposer and must address the necessary requirements to allow participating students to continue to make academic progress toward the completion of their schooling. The Academic Program must offer course work that leads to a high school diploma. Related Services is defined as; Speech/Language Therapy, Mental Health Services, Academic Counseling and Transition Services.
