Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Exercise room, adjoining restrooms, and foyer All paneling shall be painted. The ceiling and beams in the exercise/carpet room shall painted. (Same color). All wood trim in carpet room remain unpainted. All wood trim in foyer remain unpainted, double glass doors unpainted. Replace base trim 2. Classroom, kitchen, hallway, and adjoining restrooms All paneling shall be painted. Kitchen inside door / trim white. Bathrooms trim, door inside & outside white. Cabinets in the kitchen shall not be painted. Ceiling in restrooms and hallway white. Stage back door / inside trim white, classroom inside door / inside trim white. Replace base trim 3. Auditorium, associated restrooms, front hallway and offices All walls shall be painted The duct work shall not be painted. The only area required to be painted around the stage is the opening and adjacent walls. No area of the stage floor or front of stage is included in this scope of work. Auditorium side exit doors (inside door trims white). All beams, stair hand rails, doors, wood base boards will need to be sanded down and paint. (color change) Stage back door / inside trim white, classroom inside door / inside trim white. Ceiling in restrooms and hallway white. Replace base trim
