Specifications include, but are not limited to: Secure a qualified security systems contractor with the necessary personnel, experience, training, capabilities, equipment, and facilities, for a multi-year Security Systems contract to perform upgrades, installations, relocation of existing cameras, repairs and maintenance of security cameras, proximity card access readers, video management systems and related equipment at various municipal facilities in the City of Coral Springs as needed. The City is seeking a contractor that will provide solutions that will be based on a non-proprietary, user-friendly approach. The contractor must be capable of working with LENEL systems, and capable of offering other access control solutions in the future. Overall, the City is seeking to integrate upgrades and new equipment with the existing system and ultimately, establish a platform or open architecture system on which to build upon, including but not limited to CCTV installations at City facilities, a wireless network, lightning protection for cameras, panic/distress buttons, intercoms, alarms, PA systems, and a Real Time Crime Center.
