Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of South Miami is seeking quotations from experienced and capable parties to provide on-going maintenance and repair services for the City’s Security Access Control System. The Contractor shall provide repair and on-call maintenance service for City owned Security Access Control System comprised of an Access Control System, CCTV system and Burg System. The Contractor shall provide all material and labor necessary to maintain the system in good working condition. Maintenance and related services will be provided by Contractor within 24 hours of the service call, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM thru 5:30 PM; priority for Emergency service will be provided. The Contractor shall provide a 24 hour emergency telephone number in the event of an emergency. The Contractor will be available for on-call service 24/7 including holidays, all year round to maintain the system. Maintenance service shall include but not be limited to checking all readers, cleaning read heads where needed, checking all electrical locks and adjusting where need. A service schedule will occur at a frequency of at least every six months. The burg system be serviced and repaired as needed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment, tools, means of transportation, necessary to secure completion of the work, including disposing of materials and equipment necessary to secure completion of the work, permits if required, and should be reflected in Exhibit 4 “Cost and Technical Proposal.” Respondents shall provide prices for each location.
