Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of West Palm Beach is seeking proposals from qualified, responsible and experienced security companies to provide security services for the City. Traditional professional unarmed security guard services are to be provided at the various City facilities and for various special events produced by the City. Mobile/roving security services are to be provided in Northwood Village and the several City parks and parking garages. Critical to these services is the ability to provide “ambassador” type services in the downtown and Northwood Village areas; and seamless communications between the security service provider, the West Palm Beach Police Department, and the security firm(s) providing services for the Downtown Development Authority and for CityPlace/Rosemary Square.
