Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must meet the following minimumqualifications: 1. Be duly licensed in accordance with all State, County and local laws governing the security industry prior to submitting a bid proposal 2. Show the ability to provide and maintain administrative, operational and logistical support for the client. 3. Have a minimum. Insurance coverage of $500,000. General Aggregate and worker’s compensation Insurance as required by law. 4. Be considered as a sound organization with adequate local officer support for back-up or emergency situations. Contractor is t o provide security services in the form of unarmed, uniformed officers for the property and in accordance with the Standard Hours of Coverage schedule. Marked vehicle is mandatory. 1. Maintain discipline, excellent appearance, professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to duty among contractor. 2. Require contractor personnel to enforce owners and contractor's security policies, procedures, and orders. 3. Furnish manager with names and phone numbers of contractor supervisory personnel who can be contacted at any time to respond to owner's needs. 4. Furnish trained and qualified unarmed security personnel in sufficient number to provide service as requested by the owner. This service will be continuous and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 5. Company is responsible for enforcing the Hialeah Housing Authority Visitors / Towing procedures. a. Administering owner's site security procedure. b. Access control of persons, vehicles, and other property. Site surveillance. c. Identifying and reporting security and safety violations. Securing property turned in as found.
