Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Respondent will provide and maintain security personnel that can perform all necessary functions and other related duties as outlined by JAA, including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Ensure that all uniformed security personnel are alert and can perform their assigned duties 2. Perform any administrative/clerical duties assigned, such as processing messages, answer telephones, direct visitors, prepare reports, implement restricted area access controls and other duties as required. 3. Comply with all applicable security directives, rules, procedures and control systems established by JAA. 4. Act appropriately to preclude or minimize loss. Reports all incidents, accidents, fires, and property damage will be prepared on forms and logs directed for use. Reports will be forwarded to the JAA PD Administration or designee for action and follow up by as required by JAA. When necessary to protect JAA property, summon assistance from JAA Public Safety and Security and/or Fire Departments through the JAA Emergency Communication Center. 5. Security personnel will work no more than twelve (12) continuous hours nor have less than eight (8) hours turn around between shifts. Additionally, no security personnel will work more than sixty (60) hours in any seven (7) day period. Security personnel working more than the maximum allowed hours will not be considered fit for duty for all hours worked over the limit. Any exceptions to these limits must have the prior written approval of JAA PD Administration or designee and will only be considered in an emergency or unusual situation.
