Specifications include, but are not limited to: qualified, HySecurity partners for the turnkey replacement of gate operator equipment at seven (7) security gates, within the city; The turnkey installation shall include, but is not limited to, all required components, hardware, wiring, parts, shipping, project management, electrical connections and service, re-connection with the City’s Access Control system, reconnection to Knox Boxes if and where applicable, grooved drive rail sections, new loop detectors, etc. necessary to provide a fully functioning gate. Proposed work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein in accordance with the bid documents, specifications and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements.
