Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, means of transportation, supplies, and permitting services to install 6' high black (or other color) decorative picket fencing. Install two single side rolling gates and two pedestrians sidewalk accessible gates. The Work will also include a motorized access control system around the Police Department parking lot at the Town Hall Government Center. The Town will require 50 hand-held remote transmitters. Permitting, electrical, and plans need to be included in the Bid Price. The Work includes all the associated hardware to interface and/or connect to new or existing sections or columns, as well as all line posts, corner posts, and/or gate posts. The total length of fencing required is approximately 280 linear feet.
