Specifications include, but are not limited to: Alclear provided web-based software, hardware and personnel to operate a reservation system at both the East and West security checkpoints at no cost to the Aviation Authority or the traveling public. Alclear has been providing security checkpoint passenger reservation system at Orlando International Airport under a pilot program at no cost to the Aviation Authority. The Aviation Authority’s Customer Experience and Operations Departments are continuously researching alternate options in the market for the same type of service. Alclear Reservation System fulfills the Aviation Authority’s needs. Alclear is the TSA approved security services provider at the Orlando International Airport.
