Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of structure addition at 1901 Eller Drive for Port Everglades Department, Seaport Engineering and Construction Division. The work will include construction of the second floor of the existing building located at 1901 Eller Drive. The WORK will include the addition of a second floor to the existing building. The Scope of Work includes selective demolition, new masonry, stucco, structural steel, dry wall, floors, windows, roof, waterproofing, painting interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, electrical, elevator, HVAC systems, fire protection, landscaping, irrigation, etc. The Scope of Work must be planned to maintain the personnel and equipment active while construction is ongoing as shown on the plans
