Specifications include, but are not limited to: * Partial demolition and disposal of existing bulkhead, articulate concrete block revetment shoreline, coastal debris to include the existing seawall bulkhead, removal of articulated concrete blocks, existing paving on plazas and paths, existing concrete steps and ramps, removal of existing furniture, lighting fixtures, the removal of palm trees and other trees, relocation of trees to an upland area within the park per tree disposition plan, and relocation of flagpoles and Jose Marti monument. * The replacement of the baywalk and bulkhead include installation of pervious surfaces/materials that are in accordance with the Miami 21 design criteria; living shoreline and associated plantings, drainage infrastructure, and the installation of an outfall structure shall be constructed through the seawall sheet piles; tidal backflow prevention valves, floating boardwalk, viewing platforms, kayak launch, gangways, ferry dock, maintenance dredging (all work to be performed on landside), solar lighting, seating benches, trash receptacles, planting, irrigation bike racks, signage, and other park amenities.
