Specifications include, but are not limited to: Company will: 1. Provide Authority a catalog of Scent samples to select from. 2. Work with Authority staff to select the Scent acceptable to the Authority. 3. Install diffusers through the Authority HVAC system based on Attachment B, Specifications of Areas to be Scented. a. Coverage to include AHU 4N, AHU 42, AHU E2, AHU 17, AHU 18, AHU 25, and AHU 24a as specified in Attachment B, Specifications of Areas to be Scented. b. Authority may request additional square footage to be added from time-to-time. Additional square footage will be negotiated based on the square footage and approved by the Authority Vice President of Maintenance. 4. Automate the distribution of the Scent through remote access controlled by the Authority. 5. Provide automatic shipping of refills monthly. 6. Provide maintenance of diffusers. 7. Install refills. B. Remote Access 1. Company will provide Authority remote access through a cloud-based platform to control intensity levels, operational hours, and turn on and off areas to be scented. a. Remote Access must meet the following requirements: 1) Adjusted via URL 2) Cloud-based management software 3) Will not require access to the Authority WiFi 4) Not scannable nor can it be otherwise directly accessed outside of Authority corporate network.
