The Work consists of, but not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all appurtenances related to the following: (A) Sludge Holding Tanks: Demolition of existing drop pipe aeration mixing system; Installation of coarse bubble wideband diffusers and associated appurtenances; Demolition of two (2) raised, corrugated aluminum covers. Installation of four (4) flat aluminum walk on covers; Instrumentation for sludge level and process air flow monitoring; (B) Vapor Phase Odor Control System: Demolition of the existing biosolids odor control system; Installation of a dry media adsorption (activated carbon) odor control system and associated appurtenances for treating foul air from the four (4) existing sludge holding tanks; (C) Liquid Phase Odor Control System: Installation of fabric awning canopy system and associated appurtenances to cover the existing VX-456 liquid phase treatment, chemical storage tanks, metering pumps, instrumentation equipment and control panels; (D) Truck Loading/Storage Area: Provide spray gel application system as specified.
