1. Removal and disposal of existing lighting fixtures and all unnecessary electric infrastructure as directed by DMA Project Manager and Project Consultant. 2. Rework existing wiring for the new light fixtures/systems. All wire no longer in use to feed the new lighting system will be removed back to the panel, any breakers not being reused will be re-labeled as SPARE. 3. All unused conduits and junction boxes will be removed above the ceiling or in accessible locations. All unused conduits in walls will remain, unused switch boxes will be blanked off and any remaining junction boxes will have box covers installed. 4. Furnishing fixtures for the Command Center, Cedar Room and Conference Room. 5. Install new specified light fixtures and control system as shown on drawings provided by Consultant. No alternate fixtures are acceptable. The new fixtures will be installed in exact locations shown on drawings provided by the Consultant. 6. Test lighting fixtures and associate electrical/control components on the existing support structures to meet requirements set forth in this ITB. 7. Provide project management and commissioning services throughout the scope of project to completion. 8. Provide all necessary vehicles and equipment for delivery, transport, mounting hardware, installation, and workplace safety. 9. Provide all Required Licensing, Permitting and OSHA Safety Certifications. 10. Establish and maintain a Material and Equipment Staging Area at the discretion and direction of DMA Project Manager.
