Short description of the commodity or service desired: Advertising services for FLHSMV public safety and education campaigns with the Florida State University intercollegiate athletics. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) intends to contract with Legends Sales and Marketing, LLC to produce advertisements and provide creative strategy, production, placement and statewide distribution of materials and messaging during the designated campaign period. The advertisements will be targeted to Florida State University (FSU) fans to promote driver safety messages. Legends Sales and Marketing, LLC is the only authorized multi-media rights holder, by agreement, with respect to sponsorship opportunities associated with FSU.
