Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work generally includes Permitting and Construction of the following items: 1. Construction of a one story storage building with an adjacent covered breezeway area. 2. Removal of louvers in existing building and replacing infill and door. 3. Removal of overhead door in existing building and replacing with a pair of flush doors and air conditioning the room. 4. Installation of interior crane system. 5. Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system connections. 6. Technology Infrastructure and Conduits for Security System, Access Control System and CCTV Video Monitoring / Camera System – wiring and equipment installation by City. 7. All items noted in the Contract Documents. 8. All items required to meet Specified Codes, References, and Standards.
