Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall have all decorations installed and ready for lighting on the last Saturday of November. The lighting display will be on and visible to the public no later than 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from no later than 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. In the event of rain, the display will be cancelled for that evening. 2) Contractor shall remove all decorations as soon as possible after December 26th and prior to December 31st. 3) Contractor shall be responsible for the storage of the decorations and displays. 4) Contractor shall be responsible for coordination of any and all volunteers. 5) Contractor shall provide a portable restroom with daily clean‐outs 6) Contractor shall provide a sound system with music that will be playing during hours of operation. 7) Contractor shall be responsible for daily maintenance of all decorations during the display.
