A. Feasibility Study and Planning Study 1. Conduct at least two stakeholder /project partner planning meetings to determine priorities for the development and essential facilities for Steinhatchee Coastal Park. 2. Develop a Feasibility and Planning Study to determine if the site is adequate for public tourism infrastructure and ensure site amenities and facilities are developed to facilitate economic development activities, recreational activities, and are developed to coastal friendly resilient standards. B. Wetland Delineation Map and Report & Wildlife Assessment Report 1. Produce a Wetland Delineation Map and Report and a Wildlife Assessment Report, including potential site development impacts to any wildlife that may be located at this site. C. Geotechnical Evaluation 1. Complete a Geotechnical Evaluation of the site area. D. Design 1. Complete site development design to include site work, structural, electrical, and mechanical. 2. Conduct one stakeholder/project partner meeting to discuss and approve design documents. E. Permitting 1. Prepare permitting documents and assist County in obtaining permits necessary for the development of Steinhatchee Coastal Park.
