Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is seeking a statewide threat assessment and response solution that will connect to our Single Sign-On solution and provides data through a secured Application Programming Interface (API) to the Florida School Safety Portal. The desired solution must be intuitive, easy to use, and flexible enough to be customized to meet current and future business requirements. At a minimum, the solution must address the following broadly described functional needs: 1. Web-based Interfaces for users. 2. Add, delete, and edit threat assessment and response data in a database. 3. Provide configurable role-based security that can connect to our Single Sign-On solution. 4. Ability to move threat assessments from one district to another district 5. Built-in-workflows for routing and approving threat assessments. 6. Ability to ingest data securely from external systems like student information systems and staffing systems 7. Provide a secured API for Florida School Safety Portal to query the threat assessment database. 8. Cloud- based hosted solution 9. Provide online support capabilities such as, frequently asked questions (FAQs), training videos and assistance for applicants in various media formats. 10. Audit and logging 11. Generate standard and customize reports 12. Compliant with F.A.C Chapter 74-2 Florida Cybersecurity Standards
