a. Defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative services including collection and maintenance of beneficiary information; b. Member self-service systems and infrastructure via telephone and internet; c. Receipt creation and maintenance of Member data, transaction data and history, and necessary files for updating the Department’s retirement and data systems; d. Check writing, federal and state tax withholding and form preparation; e. Integrated education and communication services for Members and their employers regarding their benefits, the importance of saving and asset allocation, including on-site representative support for each employer; and f. Investment management of the SUSORP and SMSOAP assets via annuity investments and/or mutual funds. g. State Data and Confidential Information security.
