Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction project is the installation of a new span wire traffic signal on Malabar Road at St. Johns Heritage Parkway (SJHP) intersection. The intersection is located within the Brevard County Right of Way with the City of Palm Bay leading the construction administration and inspection. Per Brevard County Right of Way permit number 022RW01102, the County shall be included in the pre-construction, inspections, and any progress meetings. The project will also include the following intersection improvements: Installation of span-wire traffic signal Installation of westbound right turn lane extension Concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps Pedestrian Crosswalks Street lighting Minor drainage improvements Metal bean guard rail (MBGR) Milling and paving Signing and striping
