Bridge Rehabilitation for SR-A1A/NE OCEAN BLVD. "ERNEST F. LYONS" BRIDGE OVER ICWW Bridges #890150. Fender system rehabilitation, spall and crack repair, pavement marking removal, replacement, and also replacement of the new lighting system. The CONSULTANT shall demonstrate good project management practices while working on this project. These include communication with the DEPARTMENT and others as necessary, management of time and resources, and documentation. The CONSULTANT shall investigate the status of the project and become familiar with concepts and commitments (typical sections, alignments, etc.) developed from prior studies and/or activities. Temporary Traffic Control Level I is anticipated for this project.
