1. The proposed roadway improvements shall include, but are not limited to the following: 1.1. Existing SR 35 (US 301) will be realigned from Industrial Park Drive to CR 468 (Warm Springs Blvd.) and shall be constructed to include a 4-lane urban section with a 12’ shared use path on each side. 1.2. The median shall vary 22’ to 28’ with openings as defined in the concept plans. 1.3. Median openings and final access management to be completed in compliance with ROW commitments. 1.4. Interchange Improvements at SR 35 and Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91) 1.4.1.1. Widening to accommodate two 11’ thru-lanes in each direction with 11'left turnlanes at each ramp. 1.4.1.2. Widening of SR 91 Ramps. 2. The proposed drainage improvements shall include, but are not limited to the following: 2.1. Installation of drainage systems or modifications to existing drainage systems that meet the requirements of the FDOT Drainage Manual, Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)/Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) as applicable. 2.1.1.1. A joint-use stormwater management facility (Pond MOT-6) located within the property of the Marlene O’Toole Industrial Park will be the responsibility of the contractor to construct. See the ROW Commitments attachment for additional details. Construction of this facility must meet the conditions of the Marlene O’Toole Industrial Park Permit.
