The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) is looking to procure a radiation software database to manage the Radiation Protection Program to fulfill regulatory requirements and meet the stipulations of the radioactive materials (RAM) permit. The software needs to have the following capabilities:
1. Real-time radioactive material inventory tracking.
2. Radioactive waste tracking.
3. Leak test records.
4. Training database.
5. Source procurement that checks permit limits prior to ordering.
6. Radioactive material permit records.
7. Equipment inventory and tracking.
8. Radiological survey records.
The software also must meet stringent security requirements to be eligible for installation on AFTAC networks. These requirements include passing local Fortify scans with zero Critical or High severity findings and ensuring that all Medium and Low severity findings are mitigated. The software also needs to be capable to add a Chemical Safety module.
Please submit all responses to the POC listed herein.
